Medhy Menad is the Chairman and Founder of Showtime Entertainment Production Group (S.E.P.), with more than 35 years of international experience in live entertainment, water sports, stunt performance, production and show operations. 

A former world champion jet ski athlete and specialist live performer, Medhy developed his career through major international entertainment environments before establishing S.E.P. His experience includes work connected with leading destinations and brands across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, including Warner Bros., Global Village, major Chinese entertainment groups and large-scale public events. 

Today, he leads S.E.P.’s development of destination entertainment, bringing together strategic vision, creative design, specialist production and practical operational experience. His approach is built on a simple principle: ambitious ideas must also work safely, reliably and repeatedly for the client and the audience.
